New Customers:

New customers are kindly requested to pay by Direct Debit. This is a convenient and secure payment method that ensures seamless and automatic payments for our services. To set up your Direct Debit, please use the form provided below.

Existing Customers:

Existing customers have the following payment options available:

Cash or Cheque: If you prefer to pay by cash or cheque, you can provide payment directly to our team during our visit. Please cheques are made out Philip Thomas and that your address clearly is written on the back. This will help us accurately record your payment.

You are welcome to drop off the payment at our address. Please ensure that the payment is enclosed in a sealed envelope with your name and address clearly written on the front. This will help us accurately record your payment.

Bank Transfer: If you prefer to make a bank transfer, you can find the account details on the card that is left after our visit. The account holder name for bank transfers is “P Thomas Domestic services LTD.” Please use your address as the reference for the payment to ensure proper identification.

Set Up Direct Debit: Existing customers who wish to enjoy the convenience of automatic payments through Direct Debit are welcome to set up this payment method with our payment provider Gocardless.
